I'd like cables to be able to go underneath scaffolding, it makes sense since there's a massive gap underneath scaffolding, and it'd overall look kinda cool and compact.

I've got a fusion reactor which uses scaffolding as catwalks, and I'd love the cables to go underneath the catwalks without them oddly sticking out.
