Hi team,

I'm using meld-cp to encrypt note files as *.mdenc. When a mdenc note is opened and decrypted, I can't Search in this note, but it's a really long file, about 2k lines, without search function it's definitely inconvenient.

I know that the decrypted text only exists in memory, so Obsidian's native search function, table of content function, image display, etc. cannot work, but in-file search is indeed a very basic and necessary operation, and I sincerely request to implement an in-file search function that is only available on mdenc files.

thx!

It was a limitation of the editor view I was using... I have been working on an update...

Please make a backup of your vault and test v2.4.0-beta if you can.

Thanks for the quick update!

I tested it on my Mac book with more than 10k lines in a mdenc file, the command+F and search operation works well!
