multiple choice is not working for a learning session. #1449

It doesn't display MC, and the timer is wrong. image

Unfortunately, I assumed this worked, and I was hoping to use it in class next week.

Since multiple-choice works in assessment sessions, it really could work in learning sessions, since it could call the exact same code as when it is an assessment session. Trials are not delivered with any differences in the 2 session types, so trial codes should be functions that work in either context.

Is that not the way it was built? I do understand this is legacy code.
