The administration block represents a societies ability to govern its people and also acts as the players interface to their societies autonomous economy. Through it the user may implement social models that correspond to their historical equivalent and fundamentally change the way players interact with their people and their societies economy. It allows users to use labor resources to produce raw materials through the work gang system. It also allows users to multiply labor tokens by turning them into organized labor tokens. Finally, it acts as a center of trade by allowing users to trade finished goods for raw materials.
DETAILS
I.administration block
A.runs scans when placed, before a reaction is ran, and when it is provided with a redstone signal
1.scans a 40x40x60 area for administration blocks, housing blocks, fortress blocks and academy blocks
2.scans a 20x20x40 area for the following 4000 brick, stone brick, concrete or reinforced concrete blocks, 100 glass blocks or glass panes
B.the administration block is centred in the bottom middle of its scan area
C.if the scan fails then the administration block becomes a deposed administration block
1.deposed administration blocks drop administration blocks when broken
2.deposed administration blocks carry over any items that where placed in the administration blocks inventory grids
D.block must be loaded with resources and activated with a redstone signal to begin a 20 minute countdown, the end of which deposits the output in the GUI's output grid
1.all resources in the input grid will be used up at this point
2.durable goods, industrial goods, tools and empty containers will be returned
E.if the block performs one operation it will automatically attempt to perform another, first running its structural scan and if successful using appropriate resources to produce the appropriate product
1.if there are insufficient items for the block to run another reaction the block will not check for conditions again until a redstone signal is provided
F.primary function is to produce banners, which allow players to set their labor blocks civics
G.secondary function is to use labor tokens, tools, fuel and various resources to produce other resources (work gang system)
1.uses labor tokens, peoples tools, fuel, and gold/silver/gems/coins to produce raw materials such as logs, ores, stone, cobble, rubber, hemp, switch grass, wheat, meat, fish and dirt (capitalist labor model)
-tools are returned
2.uses labor tokens, peoples tools, fuel, lots of food, and cloth to produce raw materials such as logs, ores, stone, cobble, rubber, hemp, switch grass, wheat, meat, fish and dirt (socialist labor model)
-tools are returned
H.tertiary function is to allow the player to convert various items into currency, fiat or credit. it also allows players to redeem precious metals from currency. finally, it allows players to combine currency, fiat and credit to receive higher denominations
1.uses precious metals like silver, gold and platinum to generate currency in different amounts
a.silver nuggets are worth 1, gold 10 and platinum 100
b.silver ingots are worth 9, gold 90 and platinum 900
c.currencies come in denominations of 1, 10, 100, 1000, 10,000
3.uses currency to create precious metals
a.X amount of currency + labor token = appropriate amount of silver
b.X amound of currency + skilled labor token = appropriate amount of gold
4.uses paper, ink and skilled labor to create fiat
a.10 paper + 1 ink + 1 skilled labor token = 100 fiat
b.fiat comes in denominations of 1, 10, 100, 1000, 10,000
5.uses industrial goods to generate credits
a.each industrial goods is worth 1000 credits
b.1 MW total of electricity is worth 100 credits
