Simplifier doesn't detect trigonometric identity #123

(simplify (* -8 (+  (- (* 1/8 (expt (cos 'theta) 4)))
                            (* 1/4 (expt (cos 'theta) 2))
                            (- 1/8))))

could simplify to

(expt (sin 'theta) 4)

but doesn't ...
