Second phase review schedule #103

Here's the schedule for reviewing the material, excluding chapter 14 (since it will be merged in).

Let's start with the preface and assignments to begin, just due to the timeline and since it's a good starting point.

The purpose of these reviews is to talk through each chapter as a group so that we're all on the same page with what's covered and where. The main author for each chapter will give a short high-level summary of the chapter; others can give feedback on how it fits with the rest of the book and any changes they recommend.

Sorry I didn't see this till now; I'll be with family on 2021-06-17 when we cover the filesystem chapter I wrote. I think the major issues about it that I want to discuss we can cover today when we look at the preface and assignments.
