I made a small tutorial based on a real set of circular genomes assembled from gut metagenomes. The goal it to correct long-read assemblies using different approaches and use the anvi'o pangenomics workflow to investigate the improvements. This talk comes at the end of a two weeks workshop and I'm trying to make it a simple case, real-word application using anvi'o.
