feat: dark mode and custom themes #7

~Turns out the mermaid version from the jsdelivr CDN didn't have the themes, so that's why theming didn't work for #6.~ It was an initialization bug, fixed in v0.1.5

Now that's fixed, I have updated documentation, and also did throw in automatic detection of the current rustdoc theme, to swith to the dark mode automatically on page load.
