Need a mechanism to provide a batch upload of all the Client inventory, instead 
of uploading cars one by one.

1) To come up with a standard for the Dealer to provide data for AcuteAuto to 
access and perform a batch upload of all of his inventory.

A) With VIN
B) Without VIN
