not in the list of taps #19

This wasn't in the automatic taps suggestions when i searched for kicad on homebrew, nor i remember it listed anywhere before looking for it. Maybe there is some list somewhere this tap could be added to

I've actually been working towards getting it included in the official homebrew/science tap. We'll see though.

Personally, I don't see the point of getting this tap included in an official tap...

This tap is awesome to test shiny new features and to aid in development, but I think most people will just install the stable version of KiCad, and for this I think installation using brew cask makes way more sense. Compiling KiCad takes quite a bit of time.

I'm suggesting to keep it separate, just take the step necessary to have the search feature find it so it's easier to find.

So not include in an official tap, but as an official tap.
