When CEDAR is still searching for the term, the feedback message is misleading #1170

Below is what a user sees when CEDAR's search is still in progress and it is misleading.

If the search is still ongoing, it is better to use a phrase similar to "Search in progress..." and then if the search returns nothing, then show the "No Results..." message.
