Include the version number for affected templates in the Update Bubbling feature #1211

If you look at "Xenium" or "MERFISH" examples, it is difficult to identify which versions are being displayed. Including the version numbers would be helpful in deciding whether to apply the changes to all versions or only specific ones (see screenshot below).

An UI idea is to have a tree hierarchy to organize the versions:

[ ] MERFISH <--- collapsable
- [ ] v1.0.0
- [ x ] v2.0.0-draft
[ x ] Xenium <--- collapsable
- [ x ] v1.0.0
- [ x ] v2.0.0-draft

The system failed to apply the changes to the selected templates.
