The meaning of the various tracks #5

The link to the original reference page for circos (circos.ca) is down. Is there another source that explains the various labels of each ring in the plot? Alternatively, is there a way to plot these labels on the tracks themselves, based on what they are.

Unfortunately there is no way to add labels to the circos plot. Here is a short description of each track:
