• I couldn't find OGC 10-093 to add it properly in bibliography, so it could be referenced. Currently, title of the document is missing and only "OGC 10-093" renders, i.e. I've added the following entry in .adoc: [[[ogc10-093, OGC 10-093]]], OGC 10-093

• References "NASA Standard: NetCDF Classic and 64-bit Offset File Formats" and "Unidata netCDF encoding documentation" were added twice in the References (Bibliography) section. I deleted one pair, so there is no duplication.
