When importing ESR, the lines are only displayed after refresh #622

What is the current behavior?
After I run the process ESR Import for a certain document that I uploaded in the ESR, I cannot see the lines right after they are created. I have to reprfresh the page in order to see them.
Which are the steps to reproduce?
Check and see ( contact me or Cristina for test files, if needed)
What is the expected or desired behavior?
The lines shall be displayed as soon as they were created, with no refresh needed.

note: An refresh event is triggered but i think it's triggered BEFORE the process is completed and it returns EMPTY. When calling the endpoint again, the endpoint it's returning all lines.
