Webui Window Design: Improve window Reference

Is this a bug or feature request?

• FR

  What is the current behavior?

• The window Reference does not respect our layout conventions.
• Not all fields are translated into German.
• The table under the second included tab does not have a primary key. Also it doesn't have all the needed fields.
• Info from the third included tab is not displayed, even if they are seen in swing. Check https://mf15cloudit/window/101/255.

Which are the steps to reproduce?

• Open as Sys Admin and see.

  What is the expected or desired behavior?

• This window shall respect or layout conventions ( main view split in 2 columns, cornerstones, white background for included tabs, etc)
• All the fields shall be translated in both German and English
• All included tabs shall be usable. Please, after they are all displayed, make sure they all have both English and German translations.

Results of IT

• The tab AD_Ref_Table is not accessible because it doesn't have an ID. Follwoup created: https://github.com/metasfresh/metasfresh-webui-api/issues/797

• OK: There are translations for English and German
• OK: The cornerstones and layout conventions are respected.
• OK: There are some entries for which I could open the first included tab, and I saw it has a white background.
