In file talk/p2p/base/pseudotcp.cc PSEUDO_KEEPALIVE=1 macro activates
TimeDiff(uint32, uint32) functions. This function should have used with
talk_base namespace otherwise we receive error.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
