When DPU template is not properly saved, there is no warning to the user #1296

To reproduce:

go to instance ODCS, DPU templates, select Metadata DPU template
change certain field in DPU template
click save, everything seems to be fine so far
when clicking to any other different DPU template in the tree, the notification dialog "would you like to save changes?" occurs.

So, it seems that the DPU was actually not properly saved, but no warning appears to the user?
