Custom keyboard shortcuts for plug-in menu entries #50

A way to make it possible to assign shortcut keys to the plug-in menu entries. The icon-bar seems to be a step in that direction, but it's not as convenient.

Afaik GTK+ provides custom keyboard shortcuts be assigned on-demand through the interface. Need to evaluate

how this works
whether it fits into the application workflow
works on all plattforms

Several of the bobtoolz entries would be convenient, e.g. Reset Textures I use a lot, or keys to more quickly control the prtview (Portal Viewer) plugin entries.

Though toolbar icons would probably also work well (additionally). I'd even create such icons :)
