Add compatibility for 4.13 kernel #21

Modified ioctl_cfg80211.c to make it compile for 4.13.0-16:

changed cfg80211_roamed call to use struct cfg80211_roam_info
removed u32 *flags parameter from signatures of cfg80211_rtw_change_iface and cfg80211_rtw_add_virtual_intf

Hey , @luq-0 i clean ported the kernel and merged this repo source to my https://github.com/abhijeet2096/TL-WN722N-V2 . I think the admin is busy here do you want to work with me ?

@abhijeet2096 I'm quite short on time these days, I just made this quick fix in order to make it work for me after the latest update (and wanted to share w/ the others), so I'll have to decline. But thanks for the info & offer!

what is the way for 4.14 kernel ??

@yuvraj777777 4.14 hasn't landed on my machine yet. What's the issue (and is it resolved yet)?
