[FBX Export Shifter] Custom FBX presets not being passed

During our tests, we came across the following issues while working on a Windows machine.

• [ ] FBX Export Options are not being passed properly.
• [ ] FBX File type, need to override all presets and passed correctly

I currently have been unable to reproduce the issue on my OSX machine.

Testing

Changing the preset and file type, populated through to my final FBX output. mgear4/release/scripts/mgear/shifter/game_tools_fbx/utils.py

where is the Shifter’s FBX Exporter ? I cant find it in mgear 4.1.2.

@CharlesTin0122 is not yet released. You can get it from the master branch. But be aware that is WIP
