I listened to the podcast and made improvements to the entire transcript for Episode 58. I have fixed spelling/grammar errors, corrected timestamps, and maintained the ~80-word width limit.

Resolves #197

Please let me know if there are any other changes I need to make. Also, would appreciate it if you can add the hacktoberfest-accepted label to this PR once it has been merged.
