O365Interactive don't show Consent Screen with an existing application have Consent for example https://outlook.office365.com/IMAP.AccessAsUser.All, i need delete all consent for the application for restore the consent screen in your app for add https://ps.outlook.com/EWS.AccessAsUser.All, the O365Interactive get an code without the good scope combination

I think add on option too add 'prompt=consent' in URL show in O365InteractiveAuthenticatorFrame
