Update website link #126

I think it makes sense to change the website link for this project from https://nn8.nl/posts/2010/07/hello-pynrrd/ to https://pynrrd.readthedocs.io/en/latest/.

The docs for this project aren't easy to find from the GitHub repository in my experience.
