Use Amamazon S3 and Cloudfront intead of WP Read-Only (WPRO is not developed anymore, has some issues with thumbnails, AS3C supports configuration from env and I haven't encountered any issues)
Allow insecure db connection (you usually don't have passowrd in dev environment and heroku env has password by default)
