10/9 - the new 1.31 version had this problem resolved. Now you should be able to run the model locally without needing access to huggingface once it's downloaded. update the node to 1.31 and also update the model to the latest (more specifically, update the config.json and preprocessor_config.json files). You can get the latest model download link from baidu drive if you can't access huggingface
