On http://127.0.0.1:8080/settings, it would be nice to be able to select the # of excluded tweets indicated by your settings and manually review them.

This is already possible -- click on "tweets", and all the excluded tweets are displayed. Closing for now, maybe I misunderstood something about what you're looking for?
