1.Downloaded file from download button, zip button..
2.uploade file from ftp or PS
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
downloaded file is 0 kb from down. button), idem from zip file

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r514 windows 7 64,

Please provide any additional information below.
server apache 2.2 - php 5.3.27 - MySQL version  5.1.70-cll - linux -Memory 
Usage    452 / 1,048,576 KB
Help me Please.
