No email notification for clients after uploading a file #430

No email notification when a client uploads a file it works for the admin but 
not a client. Because I need the file the client uploads this feature is vital 
to me.I have tried using another version but its the same with that one, seems 
to be an issue you have had for some time by the look of it. Hope you can sort 
this out soon.

i have same problem, i try the releases r514 and r557, they dont work, any 
suggestion?
