Files uploading correctly but not showing under Manage Files/View Files #438

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Jpg file is uploaded fine
2.File is uploaded Correctly
3.When I click view my Files, File is not there

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version r514 with Windows Server 2008

Please provide any additional information below.
Files are showing fine on the following directory:
C:\inetpub\wwwroot\ProjectSend\upload\files
