Cluster - adress counter #29

Address counter should be reset to 1 when a new packet is received and a mux should feed 0 to the cmc.

The address should increment as long as the cluster feeder is shifting pixel values, which is not the case now.

Sould also change i_newrow to i_end_of_row signal
