Added symlink to bin_dir/nodetool in /usr/local/bin (tarball install) #331

Added a symlink pointing to bin_dir/nodetool in /usr/local/bin in case of tarball installation. Also added a recipe and a template to generate a profile file with the environment variables necessary to run nodetool
