Current state

The e-mail in the French language received from AlirPunkto containing the URL to reset one's password starts with "Bonjour ,".

In addition to being impolite, this may contribute to increasing the probability for the e-mail to be considered as spam, because many spam e-mails omit the name of the addressee, or replace it by the full e-mail address.

Desired state

The e-mail should start with "Bonjour <Pseudonym>,".

Thereby the e-mail is :

• better personalised and more polite to the user;
• less susceptible to be considered as spam.
