Adding early guidance on entering bash within the container. #77

I have a minimal knowledge of docker and containers, so this was a point of pain. I'm submitting this in the hopes that it may save others the same journey.

I'm not sure if my language is correct (sorry), so it may need a little something if I've got it wrong(!)
