Change "Further risk Ulcus" to "Further risk"? #10

Further Risk Ulcus: From the spreadsheet, it was not clear whether this directly relates to Ulcus or is more general (the spreadsheet entry is just “Weiteres Risiko”).

The KBV specifications for Diabetes Mellitus 2 DMP lists this directly as "Weiteres Risiko Ulcus", so I think we're fine.
