Link from diffmap to corresponding changeset #9

I often find that having a direct link from a diffmap to its corresponding changeset (http://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/***) would be very handy. Sometimes I want to check which editor was used, sometimes other minor details.

Implemented as a new icon in the diff-map view.
