Feature request- 2nd video stream from attendee #347

This may seem excessive, but consider this functionality:

Each attendee to a meeting/event (or maybe just system role "moderator" users) 
could allocated 
a unique rtmp address.

On a separate computer the user could be running Flash Media Encoder with DV 
cam connected, 
streaming to the above address. 

when the user is the meeting/event moderator, this video stream is 
viewable/loadable full size in 
the whiteboard (it gets a tab like document and drawing).  

This would be great for demonstrating all sorts of hands-on things!
