Settings allow the user to turn the small orange dot on the tray icon on or off.
When on, the orange dot will appear if the user has an appointment later that day (if I understand correctly).
It would be awesome if this would work with a customizable time range: say, the orange dot would appear if there is an appointment starting within the next 15 minutes.
