I'm having the same issue with my iPad 2 on IOS 4.3.3. I have BTstack Keyboard
1.0-25570 and BTstack Mouse 1.0-25562. I'm using an Apple bluetooth keyboard
and a Targus Bluetooth mouse.

take a look at comment 50 - 52 on issue 54. I had a solution yesterday which
failed today. Perhaps it won't fail you.

we all need to hear from the BKstack developer. the only reason i paid $4.00
for the BKstack keyboard was that it was needed to run with BKstack mouse. If
they aren't going to work together, then there should be a warning on the
BKstack keyboard.

SOLUTION!!!!!!!
Backgrounder is the solution to making both the keyboard and mouse work at the
same time!
Steps:
1. Install 'Backgrounder' via Cydia
2. Open Backgrounder and go into the 'Overrides'
3. Hit 'Add' in the upper right hand corner and find 'Keybord'
4. Set 'Enable at Launch' to 'ON' and 'Stay Enabled' for 'ON'
5. HIt 'Add' again and find 'Mouse'
6. Set 'Enable at Launch' to 'Off' and 'Stay Enabled' for 'ON'
7. Make sure you connect the Keyboard first THEN the Mouse and they will both
work!
THATS IT!!!!!
Note: If you disconnect one you might have to reconnect both after.

Please note I did not figure that out. Found it on another forum and figured I
would share.

damonwuz....I'm glad it worked for you, as it did for me last night, but for
some strange reason today it won't. I'd sure like to hear from matthias on
this issue. I just went to cydia and reinstalled BKmouse (to no avail, by the
way) and saw where it said in bright blue letters "works with BKkeyboard"
Hmmmm.

I'm gonna list some things that you have probably already tried but on the off
chance you haven't...
Did you try rebooting?
Did you try ending both in the task switcher?
Did you try going into the BTStack settings window and switching back to iOS
the back to BTStack?

I had already tried all these things, but just to be sure, I tried em all
again...to no avail. This is really strange that another person and myself get
it working perfectly last night by installing backgrounder and following the
instructions in post 18, issue 54, and then today neither of us can make it
work.
But thanks for trying.

Not a problem. I installed it today. I'll let you know if it doesn't work
tomorrow lol.
