I made the following is_a relationships on the branch that starts with OMP:0007252 colonization of a host phenotype. Am I doing this correctly?

• “altered microbe-host interaction phenotype” is_a altered microbial phenotype changed term name for "altered microbe-host interaction phenotype" to remove the word phenotype
• “altered colonization of of host tissue” is_a “altered colonization of a host”
• “abolished colonization of a host” is_a “absence of colonization of a host”
• “abolished colonization of mouse tissue” is_a “absence of colonization of mouse tissue”
• “abolished colonization of rabbit tissue” is_a “absence of colonization of rabbit tissue”
