micro:bit may reset out of Bluetooth mode during partial flash, which leaves micro:bit stuck in Bluetooth mode.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour. e.g.:
Start a partial flash immediately after pairing, without resetting micro:bit.
Expected behavior
micro:bit doesn't automatically reset during partial flash
micro:bit version
