How can I help with the GithubActions-to-Nuget work? #238

I'm interested in helping with that if neccesary. I don't have much knowledge about it, but I'm willing to learn.

Where should I start?

I've actually been playing with it in my spare time with another xamarin library I work on and I think I got that covered. I appreciate your interest in helping, I'm always accepting pull requests for bugs and new charts.
