[Feature] integration with uno platform #273

** I find that the Microcharts lib cannot work with uno platform, maybe as i am a freshmen to .net platform, if there is an easy way to achieve, thx for let me known it.

The base class cannot work with uno platform and compile failed.

It's not built for that at all, it's designed to be used by xamarin projects and I don't see that changing, the biggest shift I do see in Microchart's future is adding support for MAUI because that's the next generation of xamarin.

Unless an uno expert joins the team, I don't see support for that framework coming to the library any time soon.
