Adapt log messages level and add timestamp information #36

Following the Spring 2.4.5 version update (see microcks/microcks#406) logs are much more verbose as we got DEBUG levels for some Spring and Netty components. We should lower that by default.

Also it appears that we no longer have timestamp information on log message so fix that.
