As we discussed in our 2/26/08 conference call with Joni, Tom Wood, Craig
Kordic,
and Don McCluskey, we need to make sure that IBS 3.0 is not advertised as a
true
course development system. Course development has much deeper roots than the
features that we're offering. In general, the course development capabilities
that
we are implementing are tools that will allow a user to convert the already
developed course into electronic format, complete with course text, images,
video,
questions, assignments, texts/exams, etc.. Our Course Developer concept should
probably be viewed as the liason between the IBS 3.0 system (for course
development)
and the real course development team, which would include authors, owners,
reviewers, course designers, graphic artists, curriculum director, etc.. These
are
my thoughts -- Don

This issue is too large and general.
