Problem in downloading POJ 104 #86

I tried to download POJ 104 dataset. However, I encountered access denied. I have requested access to this dataset several times. Yet, I haven't been granted access to this dataset. Would you mind helping me to download POJ 104, please?

Unfortunately, I cannot. Again, I got 403.
access denied I have no idea what could be the problem.
