Set Xavier to use Static IP address when connecting to Wifi Hotspot #8

Currently xavier gets dynamic IP. This is problematic because it is hard to connect from a laptop. Having a static IP would help.

Alternatively, ensuring a hostname that will be consistently published would also help...though may or may not work on hotspot local network

Is this still relevant given plan for Glide v2.1 removing the xavier?

No - will create a new issue to capture the new design changes
