Modernize - Clarity - New packaging project wizard #81

In the Modernize lab, Distribution and versioning section:

Step 1 is missing details on how to complete the new project.

  1. What should I name the project? -> Packaging Project
  2. Should I save to a specific location or default? -> Default makes sense, but so does ./src folder
  3. What target/min versions should I select? -> Default probably, so later steps still make sense.
