Compilation Issues in Unity 2022.3.20 URP and above #218

Describe the bug

The shaders do not compile in URP on Unity 2022.3.20 and above, and it presents issues about "redefinitions"

To reproduce

Import Package, observe error

Found an error on the project, please ignore this issue, it was a compilation issue caused by other plugins
