Steps to reproduce

When I start PowerToys, I get an error with the following text. From then on, activating Color Picker via its hotkey does not work - there is no visible activity when I press its hotkey.

✔️ Expected Behavior

PowerToys to start without an error, and Color Picker to activate upon pressing its hotkey.

❌ Actual Behavior

An error starting PowerToys, and no visible activity when Color Picker is activated.

Hey @jordan-corn, does this issue still exist in the latest version of PowerToys? Could you please uninstall PowerToys, download & install the latest version, and see if this issue persists?

Yes. I am running version 0.85.1 and still have the issue.

I will uninstall, download it and try again. I suspect I will still have the issue.

Same error after reinstalling.
